Baby Sax update

Had another midwife appointment this evening and everything is looking great with both Mom (me!) and baby.  2.0 was a wiggly little person today and we found the heartbeat in three different places on my stomach.  Every time we'd get it 2.0 would swim somewhere else.  At one point we heard both the umbilical cord and the heartbeat.  We calculated it to be 136.

Summer Adventures

I am so glad that the spring weather is finally here and summer is just around the corner.  We have many things planned including a new deck, weekend vacations, and swimming.  Lots of swimming.  The swimming might be tilted a little more in my direction than Erik, but the thought of floating in a clear pool in the heat sounds great! 

One of the biggest plans that I have, besides housing a baby for a few more months, centers around Erik's newest hobby: photography!  Yesterday I got my very first lesson in picture taking and I feel a bit overwhelmed with how much there is to keep in mind.  Anyway, I took a few and they aren't terrible, but I have a long ways to go.  

Included in mine is one that Erik took of me, looking much more pregnant than I normally do.
