Spring Pictures

In April, Karl and I celebrated my 30th birthday by spending the day at National Harbor.  We played at the Children's Museum, made a mess in the sand, walked along the pier, and had lunch at an organic burger shop!

A week later, we met a friend at Dulles Town Center for lunch and to ride the carousel.  We also discovered a train ride!

Our bathroom renovation continued to be worked on through the month of April and into May.  Karl was a big help and takes pride in the outcome. 

Karl has been having some great days:

1) Waking up with crazy bed head

2) Going swimming and pretending he is in highschool and being pushed into a locker

3) Finding Mom's makeup and putting it on and then crying when she takes it away. 

4) Spending time with Mom's college roommate's little boy (visiting from upstate NY)

It's been a pretty great Spring!  Looking forward to the summer :)
