Erik and I are here to update you with some exciting photo's from our life. Woo hoo. :) Our Valentine's Day was pretty uneventful. We ended up at Wendy's for dinner...it wasn't as if we didn't want a nice dinner, but I had to get to church choir at 7:30, so the two restaurants we wanted to go to were out of the question. Erik received a much coveted "The good, the bad, and the ugly" poster for the garage and I got a wonderful surprise at work. These :

Valentine's Day was also fun for the two Sax nieces. No, don't worry- we are sending Hannah's Valentine's craft gifts with her exciting birthday presents. Erik has a special order placed for her. :) Anyway, here are some of the cute things that I made for Emma and Caitlin.
This is Caitlin's pile: a tshirt with heart appliques put on by yours truly. A homemade pencil roll, a webkinz, and in the tissue paper was some valentine erasers.
Emma got the same thing, except her shirt was blue. Note how the pencil roll fabric matches a heart from their shirt. Clever :)
These are a close up of the pencil rolls. Front and back.
At the moment Erik has his friend Paul over and they are playing guitar hero. I took some pictures and will be sure to show you just how dorky they look. Luckily, I haven't gotten taken of me! Off to work on a special gift for a soon to be 5 year old!!
