MY TONY LITTLE AB ISOLATOR VHS TAPE JUST BROKE AND I NEED TO REPLACE IT QUICKLY. ANYONE OUT THERE HAVE ONE THEY WOULD LIKE TO GET RID OF. I HAVE BEEN USING THIS (OFF AND ON) SINCE 1995

1995?!? Don't you think you'd have it memorized by now? If it hasn't worked in 14 years it's not going to get any better. And why do you still have a VHS? There are obvious drawbacks, that you seem to have stumbled on. Maybe it's finally time to invest in a DVD player. 

On an unrelated note, you might want to try hitting that caps-lock button once more. It will allow you to write it a combination of capital and lower cased letters. You might not have realized you could hold the shift key down in order to capitalize letters. 

Tom has pointed out that I have insensitively forgotten that this Ab video is very important to you. I, however, suspect foul play. I don't think Nancy is actually working out to this video. Yikes!
