As you may know, the Sax clan is always up for an adventure! Especially when some of the outcomes include saving money and learning new things. For the month of January we have decided that we will not spend any money eating out for dinner or lunch. We have taken advantage of a Christmas gift from my father- America's Test Kitchen Cookbook for 2010- and have planned many of our meals around new recipes found within its pages.
Interested in coming over and knowing what is on the menu? Well, you are in luck! We've already planned out each meal and how much we think the ingredients will cost us. Erik and I won't mind a bit if you decide to steal our meal ideas and make them yourselves this month!

Oh my gosh, I've made those chicken spiedies. They are AWESOME!
nice menu. I am trying to meal plan a week at a time. I actually enjoy it.
We'll be there the 10th, 17th, 18th, and the 28th. Too bad we already missed the 3rd.
Sounds like a delicious menu, totally worth not eating out!!
So does that mean you can eat out for breakfast?
